2645063 - Invalid Object name "Security.SAMLMappings" during upgrade

After upgrading the DM server to SP04 you attempt to logon to the Application but receive the error:

Server Error in '/' Application.

Invalid Object name "Security.SAMLMappings"

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Ungültiger Objektname "Security.SAMLMappings".

You then proceed to upgrade to SP05 and encounter more errors as follows:
