Error raised while updating the field "Update Toil Account Only When Changes Approved" in the Time Profile

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – Time Off

• Navigate to Time Profile (which is already assigned and in use by the employees)
• Change the value of the field 'Update Toil Account Only When Changes Approved'.
• The error pops up "The Update TOiL Account Only When Changes Approved field has been activated although time profile is already in use"

• This is expected behaviour.
• If the Time Profile is already in use, the value of the field 'Update Toil Account Only When Changes Approved' cannot be changed.
• The only option is to create a new Time Profile and set the correct value.
