2645281 - Output Form is Truncating or Not Displaying Text Data Completely

You have a field with a huge amount of data (for example, Notes) and in the output form, few lines are missing/truncated.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

• SAP Cloud for Customer

Asumming that the data in Notes field has about 25 lines.

1. Open any trasactional document (ex: Sales Order).
2. Click on Preview.
3. In the Output we are able to see only 20 lines.

Remaining data is missing.

Standard form templates and custom form templates will not have page breaks within Content.

Option "Allow Page Breaks within Content" should be enabled. Follow below steps to achieve the same.

1. Download respective form template
2. Open the .XDP file of the form template in Adobe LiveCycle Designer.
3. Select the field (ex: Notes) and go to Object Properties.
4. Mark the checkbox "Allow Page Breaks within Content".
   
   
   
   
5. Save the template.
6. Go to the Form Template Maintenance work center and upload the .XDP file with this alteration.
