• Mirror attempts to become primary while current primary is still active and shuts down
• High availability system becomes unavailable when partners lose connection to each other, but are still connected to the arbiter
• The following messages are generated when mirror is restarting to become primary server:
  I. xx/xx xx:xx:xx. Server <primary name> already in use
  I. xx/xx xx:xx:xx. Database server shutdown due to startup error
