How can an image be inserted into a Recruiting email template?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

To add an image to a Recruiting email template:

1. Go to Admin Center → Manage Recruiting Email Templates
2. Open any email template
3. Go to 'Body' field and click in the 'Image' icon:

4. Enter the URL of the hosted image and click 'OK':

Note: An image needs to be hosted first on an SFTP server in order to be used in a Recruiting email template. If you would like to request for us to host a photo, image or company logo on SAP SuccessFactors SFTP Servers, please open a written case via launchpad and refer to KB article 2264945.
