2645542 - Updating 'this' data is not supported based on the user selected import option 'Add'

When trying to register users in classes the system returns an error: "Updating 'this' data is not supported based on the user selected import option 'Add'".

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

In the Learning Administration, click:

1. System Administration > System Management Tools > Import Data >
1. Action field: Import Data >
2. Record Type: Registrations >
3. Import Option field: Add. 
2. Import File field: click 'Choose File' and select your file to import >
3. Submit > Either run the job immediately or schedule it > The jobs status is "Failed" >
4. If the "Error Log" is downloaded, the "Updating 'this' data is not supported based on the user selected import option 'Add'" error message is seen.

It happens because the user has already been registered in the class.

If you would like to edit the user's registration status ID, for example, in the "Import Option" field use the option "Update" from the dropdown.
