2645615 - GRC AC10.1 Portal Groups not syncing

Portal Roles are not showing up in Requests, even after we run the Synch job.

open the Portal Group and look at the details, it shows as the Group does not exist

We can see the Groups in Role Search, but does not see it from Request.
