Symptom

The following error has occurred on the Fiori launchpad:

  • Error: "We’re sorry, but an error occurred" OR data is not updated and remains the same.

The following error has occurred using the Gateway Client:

  • Error: "We’re sorry, but an error occurred" 

The Gateway error log contains the error:

  • Error: "Processing mode "OData on Backend": Error Occured in backend system."
