2645754 - While creating further SAP HANA tenants the error message "Too many databases in use; No free port found on host:..." is received

Symptom

After having changed in the global.ini -- [multidb] -- reserved_instance_numbers the parameter value from 0 to 1 and creating a new tenant in SAP HANA Studio with SQL the following error is received:

Could not execute 'CREATE DATABASE XXX SYSTEM USER PASSWORD XXXXXX' in 6.060 seconds .

SAP DBTech JDBC: [2]: general error: Too many databases in use; No free port found on host:XXXXXXX range [30340,30400].
