Symptom
Which worksheets does a Compensation/Variable statement use for data when a planner has multiple worksheets?
Environment
SAP Successfactors Compensation
Reproducing the Issue
-
A Planner has multiple worksheets on a single Compensation/Variable Pay template.
- Please note that the setting "Do not duplicate employees on worksheet" will have to be disabled in Advanced Settings of the Compensation/Variable Pay template.
- Multiple worksheets have been generated for a Planner and worksheets have been routed to the completed stage so statements can be generated.
- Compensation/Variable Pay statements are generated and normal logic would be that the last worksheet generated would populate the statement.
- However, the statements pick up random data from each of the multiple forms.
Resolution
-
It is best practice for a Planner to only have one worksheet per template.
- The statements will pick up random data when multiple worksheets are generated and there is no way to define what worksheet will populate the statement.
