2645937 - BI4.2: Webi user sessions not released even after users are disconnected

Symptom

  • " Current number of active sessions" is not decreased even if no webi connections is used and all users are disconnected.
  • The Webinteliigence Processing Servers (WIPS) health status in CMC will start green then turn to amber before turning red when the number of user sessions reaches 200 or so.
  • Restarting the WIPS resets the sessions.
  • In the log trace, there is reference of errors :
