How to enable Career Development Planning data subject information report?

SAP SuccessFactors BIZX: Career Development Planning

 What is it? 

A set of functionality that allows customers to produce a report of all data related to a particular user.

Prerequisites

• CDP full must be enabled in Provisioning
• Career Worksheet must be enabled- if in use in the module
• Mentoring must be enabled- if in use in the module

Permissions

1. Career Development Permission

Manage Permission Roles	Permissions
Manage Career Development	Admin Career Development Plan Export Data

2. General Permission to access tool

Manage Permission Roles
Admin Center Permissions	Enable Information on Data Subject
Admin Center Permissions	Read Executive Manager Event Payload
Metadata Framework	Admin Access to MDF OData API

Procedure

1.   Go to Admin Center-> Data Subject Information
2.   In the tool, go to Configuration tab-> you would see all possible entities that can be displayed for employees
3.   Generate Report

Information reporting is supported for the following data:

1. Development goal

               a)   Goal 
               b)   Goal Status 
               c)    Learning Activities 
               d)   Competencies associated with goals

    2. Career Worksheet

               a)   Target Roles selected

    3. Mentoring

              a)   Participation as mentor, mentee or program owner
              b)   Match requests
              c)    Matching preferences
              d)   Mentoring activities

 Note: If you receive errors when running the Data Subject Report, this just means that you do not have access to that data defined in Role Based Permissions.
