2646064 - Wrong Price Determination from Partially Released Price List

You adjust an existing Price/Discount/Surcharge List, but the Values are still determined from before the adjustment.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to the Product and Service Portfolio workcenter.
2. Select the Price List view.
3. Edit the existing Price List ABC (ABC represents the Price List ID).
4. Change certain price values.
5. Save the changes.
6. Create a new Sales Order with Items determined by the Price List.

The price determinations are based on values before the adjustment.

• You have not released the price list, but only saved the changes in the price list.
• Until you release the price list, the old values are still released, even if they are changed in the price list.
• This is the same behaviour in Price Lists, Surcharge Lists and Discount Lists.
• A price/discount/surcharge list is in status Partially Released after adjustments have been made.

1. Navigate to the Product and Service Portfolio workcenter.
2. Select the Price List view.
3. Open Price List ABC.
4. Click on the Release button.

Now all changes are released and the determination of prices will be as expected.
