Symptom

Error message RODPS_REPL 518 occurs when you switch to the Proposal tab while displaying a DataSource that uses ODP API in BW system.

The error message text may differ depending on your system release:

  • Source <object name> not found, not released or not authorized
  • Source <object name> not found or not released (program RODPS_OS_EXPOSE)

Alternatively, you may receive the error message RSDS 666 if you click the Operational Data Provider name in the DTP maintenance.
