Symptom

  • Task or job consumes all memory when run
  • Task or job fails due to lack of memory
  • Task or job is designed to use an XML_MAP transform to nest and unnest data
  • Running smaller amount of data in the task or job will complete successfully
  • Task or job uses all memory and it does not get released without a reboot
  • SYS-170115: Warning: Your system is running low on virtual memory. Total size is <nnnn>, available <nn>.
