2646224 - Unknown symmetric encryption algorithm in Elster scenarios (LStA, LStB, ELStAM, UStVA)

You are trying to send a message to the Elster clearing houses in HCM scenarios (LStA, LStB, ELStAM) or in FI scenarios (UStVA). When you run report RPUTX7D0 or FOTV you get a similar error:

call to messaging system failed: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: XIAdapterFramework:GENER

The traces shows the below errors:

• In HCM scenarios:
  com.sap.aii.af.lib.mp.module.ModuleException: SsfInvalidAlgException in Method: MessageProcessorElsterHCMSendModule: encryptEnvelopedData( InputStream ). The symmetric encryption algorithm is NOT supported: DES_EDE3_CBC/OAEPWithSHA256AndMGF1PaddingMessage: Unknown symmetric encryption algorithm DES_EDE3_CBC/OAEPWithSHA256AndMGF1Padding. To-String: com.sap.security.core.server.ssf.SsfInvalidAlgException: Unknown symmetric encryption algorithm DES_EDE3_CBC/OAEPWithSHA256AndMGF1Padding.

• In FI scenarios:
  Finished Elster Modul Processing with errors: SsfInvalidAlgException in Method: MessageProcessorElsterSendModul: encryptEnvelopedData( InputStream ). The symmetric encryption algorithm is NOT supported: DES_EDE3_CBC/OAEPWithSHA256AndMGF1PaddingMessage: Unknown symmetric encryption algorithm DES_EDE3_CBC/OAEPWithSHA256AndMGF1Padding.
