2646320 - Cannot Assign Excel Workbooks to Business Roles in Analytics

• You cannot assign Excel workbooks to Business Roles despite activating Business Role assignment to reports through Administrator Analytics activity under Business Configuration. 
• Business Roles tab is not visible for assignment in the Business Analytics Work Center. 
• Only the Work Centers tab is available for assignment. 

SAP Cloud for Customer 

• Go to Business Analytics Work Center. 
• Select any Excel Workbook. 
• Click on Assign. 
• Observe that the Business Roles tab is not visible for assignment. 
• Only the Work Centers tab is available for assignment.
  
  

Only Work Centers can be assigned to Excel workbooks in the system. 

• This issue will be addressed in future releases by our development team. 
• If required, you can create a request from SAP Influence at https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign. 
• Other users can read the proposed enhancements and vote on their desirability. 
• Developers monitor this database and aim to incorporate these ideas in future releases.
