Skillsoft courses keeps loading and doesnt go any further

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System

Launch any skillsoft courses and it just keeps loading

1) Skillsoft related URLs are not added properly in the pop-up blocker and i trusted site

• In the Internet Explorer menu, select Tools > Internet Options. If you are unable to locate the tools menu, press Alt > T on the keyboard to display the menu.
• On the General tab, click Delete under the Browsing History heading to clear the browser's temporary internet files.
• In the Delete Browsing History window, ensure Temporary Internet Files is checked (no other options should be checked) and click Delete.
• This process may take a few minutes to complete.
• Click the Security tab.
• Click the Trusted Sites icon.
• Click Sites.
• In the Trusted Sites window, website to the zone: field, enter https://*.skillport.com (or https://*.skillport.eu if you are in EU domain) and click Add.
• Repeat the same steps to add https://*.skillwsa.com and https://*.skillsoftcompliance.com (or https://*.skillwsa.eu and https://*.skillsoftcompliance.eu if you are in EU domain)
• Click Close to exit the window and return to the Security tab.
• On the Security tab, with Trusted Sites highlighted, click Default Level if available and click Apply.
• Click the Privacy tab.
• If Turn on Pop-up Blocker is checked, click Settings. If there is no check, disregard the next step.
• In the Pop-up Blocker Settings window, enter skillport.com (or skillport.eu) in the Address of website to allow: field, and click Add.
• Repeat the same steps to add skillwsa.com (or skillwsa.eu) and skillsoftcompliance.com (or skillsoftcompliance.eu). Each entry will display as: *.skillport.com et.,
• Click Close to exit the window.
