• In BI LaunchPad (BILP), the following error is seen when opening the Web Intelligence (Webi) java applet, either directly or by opening a specific report:

• When clicking on the details of the error, the following error is displayed:
  com.businessobjects.sdk.core.server.CommunicationException$InvalidServerResponseException:  (Error: RWI 00200)

• Accessing the WSDL URL (http://<HOST>:8080/BOE/portal/1803111654/rebean3ws/services/Gateway?wsdl) directly in a browser reveals the following error:
  java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/cxf/BusFactory : cannot initialize class because prior initialization attempt failed
