Symptom

When trying to complete Onboarding New Employee Step from the Onboarding work queue, it redirects users back to the Onboarding homepage.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to BizX
  2. Navigate to Onboarding
  3. Go to your process on New Employee Step
  4. Click on the candidate. You will become the new assignee.
  5. Click on the candidate again and you get redirected to the home page.

Cause

Redirect function was added on step 2 to the process in super admin

Resolution

  1. Login to Super Admin
  2. Processes
  3. Find your process
  4. Edit step 2
  5. Select assign actions
  6. Click on delete on the redirect function
