Resolution

Instances with DPCS 1.0 enabled:

When a candidate accepts the Data Privacy Consent Statement at the time of profile creation, the date of their acceptance is stored in their profile and is reportable through Ad hoc reports in  the table Candidate > Privacy Date. In case the statement is not accepted by candidate, then this field will not display any data.

The same information can be found inside the Candidate Entity if exporting the data use Integration Center.

Instances with DPCS 2.0 enabled:

For instances with 2.0 enabled, you no longer can report on the data via Ad-Hoc or Integration Center. In case you try to report on those fields using the methods for DPCS 1.0 you will see no data on the fields.

The way to view the status of data privacy statement with DPCS 2.0 is through Admin Center -> Data Privacy Statement -> View History -> View Log. Under View Log you can search for any internal/external candidate to view the status of data privacy statement. You can also download the detailed report for candidates who accepted the statement.

Please note that the user will need access to 'Data Privacy Statement' to do this. Granting this access will in turn allow the user to modify the statement also.

Integration Center

You can run a Scheduled File Output Integration using entity Candidate. All candidates that will be visible in the report have accepted the DPCS either via Career Site, API or in Set DPCS Statement Status in Admin Center. Generally, candidate who accepted the DPCS can only be processed (export or update) via API.
