Symptom

  • ERROR: IMP-100 Import ATL Error while try to import ATL: Read timed out (local port <nnnnn> to address <agent IP address>(server name), remote port <job server port> to address <agent IP address> (server name))
  • Specific agent fails to run tasks in one environment.
  • The failing agent is able to run tasks in Production but not Sandbox.
  • Other agents can run the same tasks without error.
