2646573 - Error: Personal Details Missing For Remote Employee XYZ

Symptom

Error received "Personal details missing for remote employee XYZ" while replicating employees in C4C.

Environment

  • SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer Integration with Employee Central
  • SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer Integration with ERP

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Administrator and select General Settings
  2. Select Employee Master Data Replication
  3. You see failed records with this error above

Cause

The error is happening because the employee does not have basic personal details, like name and last name.

Resolution

Maintain the basic personal details and replicate the employee again.

If the data is still not coming, check if the HCI mapping is correct.
