2646810 - Deleting Candidates from Recruiting - Are they notified?

Symptom

Does a candidate get notified when they are anonymized from Recruiting?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Admin Center>Anonymize Candidate Profiles
  2. Under Anonymize Candidate Profiles and Applications, type in a name of a candidate you wish to anonymize
  3. Click the Anonymize button
  4. You will get a pop-up asking if you wish to include disqualified applications for the candidate
  5. Click OK
  6. Candidate will be anonymized successfully

Resolution

There is no email notification/trigger for when a candidate is anonymized from Recruiting.
