Environment

Employee Central – Data Protection and Privacy Features

Reproducing the Issue

1. Admin Centre > Data Subject Information

2. Run the report on someone

3. Observe the effective dated entities in EC in the report, Address Information, Personal Information, Payment information, Job Information or Compensation Information

Cause

Effective dated records in the data subject information report don’t appear with dates, but can be differentiated by what the resolution to this KBA states.

Please note, the Effective Start Date is not displayed in the report for EC Elements.

Resolution

The records are granted a sequence number to differentiate them

So, the first record will have a 1 beside the portlet name, 2nd record a 2 and so on so forth
