When an error class for Errors 3621/2601 (duplicate keys) is created with the action 'ignore', does the full transaction get skipped or does it just fail the row. For example,

Table 2 has a duplicate key, does only table 2 fail and table 1 and 3 succeed or the full transaction fails?
