Symptom
Learning admin unable to import users even though he/she has access to the user security domain.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Reproducing the Issue
- System Administration > System Management Tools > Import Data >
- Select Record Type: User >
- Import Option: Add >
- Select the user import file > Submit >
- Job failed with error "You do not have permission to perform this action with the specified domain and active status."
Cause
Learning admin doesn't have permission to access the users.
Resolution
Ensure that the admin has access to the user's domain that he/she is trying to import. If security domain is accessible, ensure that admin has following permissions added:
- Add User.
- Edit User.
