2647618 - Unable to authenticate SAP Work Manager 6.4.1 Cloud Edition using LDAP

Symptom

  • Implementing SMP as a service via Cloud.
  • Unable to authenticate the users / passwords.  
  • Log onto the app/service; SCP Mobile -> Agentry SMP (sso to Azure AD using SAML). 
  • Add the trust on the application identity provider on SCP. 
  • Use Principal Propagation (RFC SNC destination) to the backend system using Cloud connector.
