2647690 - What is the Need Review flag in documents?

You want to know that is the function of the Need Review flag under Item -> Documents.

1. From Learning Administration access and Item record.

2. In the Item record click Related More -> Documents.

3. When a Documents is linked to an Item there is a clickbox for Needs Review.

This flag is here in the event that if the document needs to be reviewed, the administrator can select Needs Review.

A document's review status appears only to administrators and cannot be viewed in the user interface. Because the system does not send notifications when a document needs review, we recommend that you notify the appropriate person directly.
