2647871 - Recent Items Filtering Shows Wrong Category

Symptom

In Solution Manager, after have viewed a Normal Change document, which was included into the Recent Items correctly. But:

  • the filtering dropdown does not show "Normal Change" as one of the options, but show "Support Notification" as one of the options, which is wrong
  • when click on the recent item hyper link, the navigation does not work
