SAP Cloud Connector SHADOW instance cannot connect to the MASTER instance, and upon checking traces from SCC SHADOW, following is perceived.
 #PingToMaster failure partner does not respond
        Caused by: org.apache.http.conn.HttpHostConnectException: Connect to <master hostname>:8443 [<master hostname>/<IP Address>] failed: Connection timed out: connect   
        at org.apache.http.impl.conn.DefaultHttpClientConnectionOperator.connect(
