2648038 - Statistics not loading in the Standard Reports rue to DTE errors with the 'FK_Time' in the DimTime table

Symptom

  • DTE "Data Transformation Execution" process is failing which causes Data Statistics not loading in the Standard Reports
  • DTE logs capture similar errors:
    • Appl=CEM REPORTING Err=System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904)
    • Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'FK_Time', table '**.dbo.FactCEMQueue'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.
    • Error occurred during data collection for interval
