How to Show / Hide Time Account Balance In Termination Screen

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time-Off

1. Navigate to Admin Center -> Manage Permission Roles -> Select a permission role -> Manage Time
2. Enable/Disable the check for 'Show Time Account Balance in Termination Screen'.

If 'Show Time Account Balance As Of Termination Date' permission is disabled in RBP then the behaviour is as follows:

• Hides the time account balance from the termination screen (while terminating employee).
• Hides the time account balance from the Employment details portlet after the termination is approved.
• The time account balance details will not be hidden from the workflow approval screen if the respect permission field in workflow is set to No. 

If 'Show Time Account Balance As Of Termination Date' permission is enabled in RBP then the behaviour is as follows:

• Shows the time account balance in the termination screen(while terminating employee).
• Shows the time account balance in the Employment Details portlet after the termination is approved.
• Shows the time account balance in the workflow approval screen.
