2648228 - "Send Message" option is not available for managers

"Send Message" option is not available for the manager in the "My Team" tab.

1. Login as manager >
2. Go to "My Team" >
3. Click the 3 dots for any one of the user >
4. In the new tab, we do not see the "Send Message" option.

This happens because the managers's user account doesn't have email associated to it. After adding an email for the user, we can see the "Send Message" Option.

Add an email for the user and save the changes and we can see "Send Message" Option:
