Symptom
When running the standard package SF EC to WorkForce you received the following error message, even though all records flow to Workforce successfully:
Process terminating – some documents reached an exception which is set to halt all documents: The Process Execution has some errors. The process might have identified some invalid data(API Logs, Rejected Records) or some application errors. Kindly, have a look at the process execution logs for further information.

Example warning message per the process log:
WARNING Employee Data Warning Employee Data Warning: Data Warning: Field "XXXXX" can't be returned: Please make sure that the external code for picklist "XXXX" with option ID "XXXX" is valid.
OR
WARNING Employee Data Warning Employee Data Warning: Data Warning: Field "XXXX" can't be returned: Please make sure that the external code for picklist "XXXXX" with option ID "XXX" is valid. If this is a migrated picklist, please maintain missing non-unique external codes for this picklist.
The error message that you see on the Process Reporting screen "process terminating.." is because of a CE API log message that is logged in the Boomi log as a Warning.
The error message urges you to go through the logs to find out the actual issue. Like for the example warning message above, the warning message is showing for you to check the external code for picklist is correct / valid.
