2648486 - Mandatory Assignment Required for Key User Access

User unable to perform any save operation because they does not have Key User access.

Example:

1. Goto Business Analytisc Work center
2. Design Dashboards
3. Try to edit any dashboard and click on 'Save'

You get message 'Operation can only be performed by the Key User'

Though user has access to Business Analytics Work Center, the required Key User authorization is not provided to the user.

Edit the user Access Rights and assign Flexibility Change Log (ITS_KEYUSERCHANGELOG)view under Administrator or Application and User Management Work Centers. This enables the 'Adapt' option when you login with that user access. Now try to perform the save option and it will work since User has Key User access now.
