2648664 - Cannot generate commands to grant permissions to PostgreSQL objects - SAP PD

• Editing an object in a PostgreSQL Physical Data Model (PDM).
• There is no Permission column available in the Permissions tab.
• No object can be selected when clicking the Add Objects tool.
• There is no Permission option in the Database Generation Options window.
• Permission and Privilege items are not defined in the DBMS resource file (pgsql*.xdb)
• The list of available permissions is empty in the DBMS resource file (Script\Objects\Table\Permission).
