2649352 - SRVBUILD is not correctly displaying the contents of the Server configuration window - ASE

Symptom

  • When using srvbuild to create a new server the fields specific to the ASE configuration do not display in the expected location.  
  • For some resolutions there is only a partial display or in the wrong location. 
  • For example in this screen with a 1280 x 1024 resolution the command buttons used to navigate are normally located at the bottom of the window but are instead on the upper right-hand side of the window.
