2649379 - SAP Jam - How to delete Alumni User profiles

SAP Jam admin wants to remove Alumni user profiles. How to do that?

SAP Jam admins can remove alumni users profile via the following steps ->

1. Go to Jam Admin Console.
2. Go to Users -> Users & Members Lists.
3. From the users tab, find the alumni users that need to be removed.
4. Click on and expand the Action drop down.
5. Click on 'Clear Profile'.
   
6. Click Confirm on the popup.

Apart from the above, the following setting in SAP Jam admin console, when enabled, automatically removes Alumni profile data after 30 days-> Clear profile info for alumni
