Symptom
- Error "An error occurred while retrieving the trend data from the database (MON00009)" is displayed while checking the history of a watch under Monitoring which is configured to use Hana Database
- The error details are blank
- No data is written into the Mot_* tables
- Enabling High tracelog level for the monitoring service reveals the following exception in APS GLF trace:
"EXCEPTION [unknown←|unknown←|ID:0]com.sap.connectivity.cs.library.ConnectionServer{com.businessobjects.connectionserver.Environment}.CreateJob: [com.businessobjects.connectionserver.DBDError: [unixODBC][Driver Manager]Data source name not found, and no default driver specified"
