Photos no longer appearing in action search and quickcard
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Platform
Cause
"Disable user photo in action search and quickcard" is enabled.
Resolution
Within provisioning -> Company Settings check if "Disable user photo in action search and quickcard" is disabled.
If you do not have access to Provisioning and you wish to make changes create a new case via the Customer Support Portal or Expert Chat to enable/disable the feature.
