2649612 - User Interface issue when editing blocks in People Profile

Symptom

User Interface issue on People Profile page when editing or inserting National ID, Personal, Job Information tabs, the text in Cancel and Add National ID information or Insert new record button seems to be white instead of black.

Environment

All HCM Success Factors versions.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to People Profile and edit one block.

  2. The insert new record button is white instead of black.

Cause

Problem is linked to the Belize Theme used for the People Profile page. By Default all customers should use the Belize theme for UI5 Libraries.

Resolution

  1. Access Provisioning. 

  2. Go to Company setting and search for the option "Disable SAP Belize theme for UI5 Libraries" - This must be unchecked. 

    If you do not have access to Provioning create a new case via the Customer Support Portal (https://launchpad.sap.com ) or Expert Chat to enable/disable the feature "Disable SAP Belize theme for UI5 Libraries"

  3. Go back to People Profile page and the option appear correctly in black.
