2649672 - Could not clear component Crosstab

After refreshing your datasource you receive the following error message:

"Could not clear component Crosstab (ID-103021)"

The AO_Trace file also contains the following:

SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office

1. Open the workbook
2. Refresh datasource

The workbook is a shared workbook. The usage of Analysis Office in shared workbooks for simultaneous editing of several people is not supported.

To unshare the workbook, open the Review ribbon and select the "Share Workbook" option.

On the following dialog box, under Editing tab, uncheck the "Allow changes by more than one user at the same time" option.

Click Ok and then click Yes in the warning prompt.

The workbook is now unshared and the workbook can be refreshed without any error.
