Symptom

After refreshing your datasource you receive the following error message:

"Could not clear component Crosstab (ID-103021)"

The AO_Trace file also contains the following:

"YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS|WARN|Trace.AoPlugin|com.sap.ip.bi.pioneer.common.messagehandling.CoMessenger.WriteToLog|VSTA_Main|103021 Could not clear component Crosstab 1. Range: (0,0)(20,581) Sheet1[msg.ClearItem]#"
