From the tab "Job Posting" in RCM, when I'm trying to access Recruiting Posting by clicking on "Post Jobs", but I'm unable to click on "Post Job". A message is displayed saying : To post a job to the job boards, post it to the external career site.

Integration type: SSO integration
Cause
Root cause is that the job is not posted externally.
Resolution
Resolution is to post the job externally.
