From the tab "Job Posting" in RCM, I'm trying to access Recruiting Posting by clicking on "Post Job", but I have a message "To post a job to the job boards, post it to the external career site."

Cause
The root cause is that the job is not posted externally.
Resolution
Resolution is to post the job externally.
