2650050 - Values Are Not Showing In The Report

Symptom

The report is not going to display any data or value.

For example: Few projects are not available in the report.

Environment

SAP Business by Desing

Reproducing the Issue

Execute any report and you see few values are missing.

Cause

If the user has a below Key Figure Settings then the report will not show the values if those values are Initial/Zero.

Suppress When All Values Equal Zero: For key figures, columns or rows containing zero values are not displayed.

Suppress When All Results Equal Zero: Result rows or result columns containing zero values are not displayed

Example: Project key figure values are Zero.

Resolution


Change the Key Figure Settings as Do Not Suppress

  • Go to Show Settings -> Key Figure
  • Now go to General Settings
  • Under section Zero Suppression
  • Change to Do Not Suppress
