2650223 - In Sales Orders Actions button, "Submit for Approval" is shown instead of just "Submit"

The Sales Order has a default action as "Submit" before project scoping questions are done for enabling multilevel Approval in Sales Order.

Once multilevel approval question is scoped, the Sales Order action has button available as "Submit for Approval" .

Is there a way the "Submit for Approval" can be changed to "Submit" in Sales Order?

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Sales Order WC
2. Choose relevant Sales Order
3. Select the button Actions
4. The available option is "Submit for Approval" and you don't see the option "Submit"

The "Submit" action is not available for Sales Orders, including those which are integrated to ERP.

Only available option in this scenario in Sales Order action button is "Submit for approval".

This is not related to scoping question in the “Approval for Sales Order”.          

This is an expected system behavior.

As per design the button Submit For Approval will be visible always in Sales Order action button. However it's enabled only if multi step approval step is configured and the Sales Order requires approval.

You can hide this action via Key User Tools adaptation mode.
