Symptom

The Print button is disabled in the Fiori Change Notification App
Not possible to print PDF or Output in QM Notification Change App

Reproducing the Issue

Open Fiori Launchpad
Open App 'Change Quality Notification'
Input Notification Number.
Press Enter.
Follow Menu Path More - Notifications - Print

Cause

Missing Functionality

Printing is not yet supported in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud within the Quality Management application

Our new modern Cloud solution focusses on core and paperless QM processes.

Print-outs are not (yet) supported in the QM application and since so far known print functionality is not supported in Cloud environment, we had to grey out corresponding menue entries or push-buttons.

Resolution

Development are aware of the issue and considering it for the RoadMap ( www.sap.com/roadmaps )
