2650320 - Configtool can not be opened - ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException - sun.font.CompositeStrike.strikes

Configtool can not be opened. Configtool GUI does not show up but exits immediately.

configtool.<X>.trc shows the following from the timestamp when the issue was reproduced:
