Symptom

  • Facing error in My Inbox app "System error. For more information, check the details or contact your system administrator."
  • Cannot create componentcross.fnd.fiori.inbox.annotationBasedTaskUIfor smart template rendering.
  • Showing standard task in the detail screen as a fallback: found in negative cache: 'cross/fnd/fiori/inbox/annotationBasedTaskUI/Component.js' from /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/resources/~20170531081300~/cross/fnd/fiori/inbox/annotationBasedTaskUI/Component.js:
  • RangeError: Invalid array length
  • Cannot read property 'factoryName' of undefined
  • Missing "ZC_DEMOSMTUI_CDS" Odata service in my system whereas it is used in SWFVISU configuration for My Inbox generic application
