Step 2: Interview scheduling -> Select sample job requisition
Step 3: Start scheduling-> Select one interviewer only-> Fill in the information needed
Step 4: The "Show slots even if some users are unavailable" is unavailable

In order to find the missing option, just add another interviewer the "Show slots even if some users are unavailable" will be visible
